I created Seekers Psychiatry and Mental Health with the vision of a space where the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies can all be supported as they unite in a beautiful symphony of healing.
I know that life can be full of hurt and trauma, and it is my goal to help you cultivate your own resilience and emotional regulation skills in order to move forward with growth and compassion for yourself rather than a fixation upon limitations that past and present hurt has caused or may currently be causing.
I am a Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, and am board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am currently licensed as an APRN in Florida and North Carolina.
I believe that you are the expert on your body, and I look forward to helping you discern what combination of therapy and medications are right to best support you as you work to improve your functioning, resilience, and quality of life.

Seekers Psychiatry offers medication management incorporated with various therapy modalities, including: brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, interpersonal therapy, supportive therapy, *internal family systems therapy, and past life regression therapy.
Currently, Seekers Psychiatry is treating patients 18 and up in both Florida and North Carolina.
*Please note that while I have completed some training in internal family systems, I am not IFS level 1 certified and you should refer to their website if you are seeking a certified practitioner in this modality.
